Choosing espresso coffee is a labour of love and we want to offer the most all-rounded espresso possible. We always aim to source a coffee that is medium in body and acidity, rich in flavour and has good clarity. Our De Beauvoir tastes great as a black espresso or milk-based brew, especially delicious when used with a French press or filter.
Like its namesake, the Ibis is directly influenced by the graceful Ibis Scarlet in both body and nature. This flavoursome coffee is beautifully balanced with distinct flavours of spice, cocoa and caramel, completing the palette with a hint of earthiness.
Our Ibis has great presence in milk and makes a memorable and unique black coffee.
